Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent experience. Helped me out with advice regarding a fault literally on Christmas Eve! Promptly booked in and assessed and rectification works completed. Communication from the team was excellent both leading up to and during the work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at North Star were amazing. A failed starter motor just before Christmas on my E250 was fixed and sorted together with and engine mounts, transmission service sorted with absolute professionalism and care..The invoice was so reasonable for the work done. Quite simply a great team and highly recommend for German cars...

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time coming to them and they are great. Friendly & reliable. Much better than going to an actual Mercedes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. High Tech engineering meets Old School service!
The team at North Star are super informed about European cars with almost encyclopedic knowledge. However, their other great strength is customer service - you will always feel welcomed and cared for by all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!
