Will servicing my BMW at an independent workshop affect my new-car warranty?
No. In Australia you can have your car serviced by an independent workshop without voiding the manufacturer's warranty, as long as the work is done to the manufacturer's specifications using suitable quality parts. We service to the BMW schedule and use genuine and premium parts.
Do you update my BMW's digital service book?
Yes. When we finish a logbook service we update your digital service record.
Will I know the price before any work starts?
Yes. We give you an upfront price after assessing the car, and we do not start work until you have approved it.
What diagnostic equipment do you use?
We run three diagnostic systems, the Snap-on ZEUS+, the Snap-on APOLLO and an Autel, backed by MotorTech technical data for wiring diagrams and test procedures.
Can I get a loan car while my BMW is being serviced?
Yes, we have a loan car. Ask for it when you book, as it is subject to availability.
Where are you and when are you open?
Our workshop is at 34 Pickering St, Enoggera QLD 4051. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
